1. Reservation Policy:
a. All restaurant bookings are subject to availability.
b. Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting our restaurant directly on 01277 715455.
c. We recommend making reservations in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If you need to cancel or modify your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
b. Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
c. In case of a no-show: without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a fee.
3. Group Bookings:
a. For group bookings of a certain size or more, a deposit or prepayment may be required to secure the reservation.
b. The specific deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Arrival Time:
a. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your reservation.
b. If you anticipate being late, please inform us in advance. We will hold your table for
15 minutes, but after that, we may release it to other guests.
5. Special Requests:
a. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or seating preferences.
b. Please notify us of any special requirements at the time of booking, and we will strive to meet your needs.
6. Service Charge:
a. A service charge will be added to your bill as per the restaurant's policy.
b. Any additional gratuity is at your discretion.
7. Liability:
a. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your visit to the restaurant.
b. If a guest realizes they have lost an item while at the restaurant, they should immediately
inform the staff. The guest should provide a detailed description of the lost item and any relevant information.
c. The restaurant will maintain a lost and found area to store any items that are found on the premises.
d. Found items will be kept for one month, if lost items are not claimed within a reasonable
period, the restaurant reserves the right to dispose of them.
e. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
a. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels.
